Sports Center 280 is a Sports Training Facility for elite athletes offering personal and group instruction and training as well as specialty sports clinics for baseball, softball, and other sports throughout the year. We are located near US HWY 280 in the Greystone area of Birmingham. Our speed and agility areas are over 3,500 square feet and include the latest speed and agility training equipment. Our trainers provide professional speed and agility instruction to athletes of all ages and skill levels at our facility.

Our 10,000 square foot heated and air conditioned instruction area has the latest in synthetic athletic turf, is completely netted and can be configured in any number of different ways to accommodate the needs of our customers. This area can provide up to 9 pitching and hitting lanes for softball and baseball practice or it can be configured to be used for infield practice, skills drills, as well as a practice field for soccer, lacrosse, football and cheerleading squads.
